Origins

Pornchai Vanichvirulh (Owner & Founder) didn’t come from real estate moguls. He came from a family of carpenters in Thailand — craftsmen who worked with their hands and built things that lasted. He was the one who left, built a business in the clothing industry, and somewhere along the way discovered the sea.

Windsurfing gave him the coastline. And the coastline gave him a conviction.

Over thirty years, quietly and selectively, he acquired land on Thailand’s most exceptional beaches — Koh Yao Yai in Phang Nga Bay, and Khlong Muang Beach in Krabi. Not to develop immediately. Not to flip. But because he understood, instinctively, what most people only realise when it’s too late: beachfront land of this quality is finite. Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever.

He used to describe these plots like paintings. Limited edition. Irreplaceable. The kind of thing you don’t let go of lightly.

Now in his seventies, Pornchai has passed the conversation to his son. The land is ready. The right buyer is all that remains.
